August is National Wellness Month. Throughout this month we are focusing on self-care, stress management and promoting healthy routines, which research has shown promotes happiness. Join us as we continue to get our minds and bodies in shape with Becky Bank Srour of Tel Aviv continuing her popular Pilates series to stay fit for the summer.
This session will focus on the neck, shoulders, and lower back, featuring the use of a Thera Band (resistance band). You can also use a pair of leggings as a substitute. A chair, cushion and regular sized towel are always recommended to have around for personal adjustments under your neck, knees or pelvic area as needed.
