Good movement in the thoracic spine is essential to remain pain free, to breath well and to move well. There are many reasons we can become stiff and rigid through our thoracic spine like down to lack of movement, poor breathing habits and/or stress on the body over a long period of time.

Incorporating this 15 minute routine once to twice a week will have huge positive effects on your life.
